Protecting your privacy is important to us. We hope the following statement will help you understand how ToonTap uses and protects your personal information you may occasionally provide to us via the Internet.

1.1 Information when you use our App
When you use the photo editing feature or camera, we need permission to access your local media to select images. When you save the photo, we need the storage permission of the local media, in order to save the photo and change the save path; This permission is only for editing and saving photos. We will not obtain any video or photo from your device, nor will we modify or delete the content in your local media storage.
1.1.2 CAMERA PERMISSIONS
When you use the photo shooting feature, we need camera permission to take photos. This permission is only used for photo shooting. And the captured material will be stored in your local device.
1.1.3 NETWORK PERMISSIONS
When you want to upload images to cloud servers for processing and to download resources, we need network permissions to access the online features.
1.1.4 ANALYTICS
We may use third-party analytics tools such as Google Firebase Analytics to help us analyze usage trends for the services. These tools will track the information on how you use our App. We may collect and use this analytics information in aggregate form such that it cannot reasonably be manipulated to identify any particular individual user.
1.1.5 LOG FILE
When you personally decide to email us your feedback or to provide us with a bug report. We collect your name, email address, device information, location information and your survey response only.
1.1.6 AI Photo Processing
To enable AI features (e.g., AI cartoon effects or AI portraits), you are required to upload a photo, which will be temporarily stored on our servers for processing. During this process, we use facial recognition technology solely to detect and identify key facial areas, such as the eyes, mouth, and contours, which are necessary for accurately applying the chosen effects. This technology is not used to identify individuals under any circumstances. Additionally, certain effects may also analyze body outlines and head positioning to enhance the accuracy of the applied effects.
We only process your photos with your explicit consent. Once the AI photo processing is complete, the photos are automatically deleted from our servers, typically within three days. We do not store your photos permanently, nor do we share or use them for any purpose other than providing the requested AI feature.
1.2 ADs.
We may allow the third-party online advertising network such as Admobs to collect information about your use of our App.
1.3 Cookies.
Cookies are text files created on your device by the web server. In order to provide a better service, we may use related technologies to send one or more cookies to your device to collect and store information about the use of this product. The specific usage is as follows:
1.3.1 Help you simplify the visit experience
Cookies can help you call up information during subsequent visits, simplify the process of recording and filling in personal information, and allow you to have a more relaxed visit experience.
1.3.2 Personalized display
Google Firebase, as technical support partners of our services, may collect information generated during your use of our products and services, extract your preferences. ToonTap does not store any personal information from you.

However, please understand that it is not 100% secure or error-free during information transmission or information storage. Namely, we unfortunately cannot guarantee the integrity and security of your personal information. If you have reason to believe that your personal information is not safe, please contact us immediately so that we can take the appropriate measures.

5.2 Transfer
Except for the requirements of laws and regulations, mandatory administrative law enforcement, judicial or regulatory requirements, we will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or individual. If a transfer is required, we will ask for your consent beforehand. Besides, you could delete your information at any time by uninstalling our apps.
5.3 Disclose

ToonTap mainly provides its products and services to people over 13 years old (or the prescribed coming of age in your country/region). If you are the guardian of a child user (referred to as users who are under the age of 13 or the prescribed coming of age in their country/region), we remind you to properly perform guardianship duties to protect the safety of children's personal information. If the children under your supervision use our products and services, please educate them on the proper and safe use of our products and services. If you are a child user, please read this policy carefully with the assistance and assistance of your parents or guardians before using our products and services, and use our services or provide us with information with the consent of your parents or guardians.
