Q: Why I could not upload my video to instagram?

A: Fisrt please make sure you are connected to internet. Second please try to change video codec to mpeg-4 in settings.

Q: My video has xx seconds long, why only 15 seconds left after uploading to instagram?

A: Instagram only allows 3 - 15 seconds long videos. If your video is longer than 15 seconds, instagram will cut it to 15 seconds. You can cut the length in instaShot first before uploading.

Q: Why my video quality is lower after uploading to instagram?

A: Instagram only allows 640*640 as max resolution and 1.1 Mbps rate. If your original video has better quality than this, you might see the video uploaded to instagram has lower quality. This is the limitation by Instagram.
